Is Tranxact a registered company?+
Yes. Tranxact Technologies Ltd is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria.
Which cryptocurrencies can I receive?+
Seven, currently: BTC, ETH, BNB, USDT, USDC, TRX, and SOL. Whatever comes in is converted to naira automatically and credited to your main balance. No separate crypto wallet to manage.
What happens if I send crypto on the wrong network?+
Blockchain transactions can't be reversed once sent. If crypto is sent on a different network than the address was generated for, those funds may be permanently unrecoverable. Always double-check the network shown before sending. This is the most important thing to get right.
Are there fees?+
Sending money to other Tranxact users is free. Small fees apply to crypto conversion, TranxactPay transactions, and bank withdrawals. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm. Payment links without an account cost ₦100 per payment, plus the usual payout fee of ₦75 to ₦150 when we send the money to your bank.
Can my business accept payments?+
Yes. Create a payment link, a QR code, or a Tip Me link from the app and share it anywhere. Every payment lands directly in your Tranxact balance.
Can I get paid without a Tranxact account?+
Yes. Get a payment link with just your email and a Nigerian bank account. We confirm your email with a code and check the bank account name. People pay through the same secure TranxactPay checkout, and we email you and send the money to your bank. Without signing in, you can receive up to ₦200,000. Sign in to Tranxact with the same email to keep receiving, up to ₦1,000,000 before you verify your ID. Your username, links and payments are already in your account.
